轮状病毒致脑炎及转氨酶心肌酶增高1例

摘要

本文对1例轮状病毒致脑炎及转氨酶心肌酶增高的患儿进行分析、讨论。临床上在诊断轮状病毒肠炎的同时，应警惕肠道外合并症，尤其是中枢神经系统损害的可能。如确诊为脑炎，应立即降低颅内压，并积极实施其他相应的对症支持治疗。%In this paper,the author analyzes and discusses 1 children patient with encephalitis caused by rotavirus and increased aminotransferase and myocardial enzyme.In the diagnosis of rotavirus enteritis at the same time in clinical,we should be alert to parenteral complications,especially the possible of central nervous system damage.If the patient is diagnosed as encephalitis,it should immediately reduce the intracranial pressure,and actively implement other appropriate symptomatic support therapy.
