发挥北方地域冰雪运动资源与文化优势开展大学生素质教育，是当代北方高等院校人才培养的重要方式及途径。运用文献资料、调查研究等方法，对冰雪体育教育进行回顾和反思。认为北方高等院校虽然已经构建了较为完善的冰雪体育教学体系，但当前教学中依然不能满足学生素质教育发展的需求。主要体现为技能化模式弱化了冰雪运动育人功能，冰雪体育文化内涵湮没在体育工具性之中，冰雪体育的供应与大学生需求矛盾的发展错位。基于此，提出教竞结合、回归文化、以人为本的冰雪教育新理念，为冰雪体育教学的改革和大学生素质教育的发展提供参考。%Playing the northern ice-snow sports resources and cultural advantages for quality education of university students,is an important way to cultivate talents of modern northern universities. With the methods of documents,investigation,research and so on,this paper has a review and reflection on ice and snow sports education. It thinks that northern universities has constructed perfect education system of ice and snow sports but it still can not meet the need of students for the development of quality education in current teaching.Mainly reflect that skilled patterns weaken the function of ice and snow sports education,the connotation of ice and snow sports culture is forgotten in physical tools,mistaken development of the contradiction between supply of ice and snow sports and the need of university students. Based on this,put forward the new concept of ice and snow education which is combining the teaching and competitions,cultural return and people oriented,in order to provide the reference for reforming ice and snow sports education and developing quality education of university students.
