高校科技成果转化团队知识共享的演化博弈分析

摘要

hTe elements of university sci-tech achievement transformation team are rich and complex, and the team is a knowledge network essentially. Based on knowledge network, team’s knowledge sharing is propitious to advance university sci-tech achievement transformation team. There are some characters of knowledge sharing in university sci-tech achievement transformation team. Based on analyzing these characters, the inlfuencing factors of knowledge sharing of university sci-tech achievement transformation team are extracted. Atfer making some hypothesizes and designing the variables, the evolutionary game model is constructed, and its equilibrium point analysis is done. hTe effection relations between the inlfuencing factors and knowledge sharing are concluded, and then some suggestions to accelerate knowledge sharing of university sci-tech achievement transformation team are put forward.%针对高校科技成果转化团队成员知识共享的自身特征和影响因素，做出假设、设置变量，构建高校科技成果转化团队成员知识共享的演化博弈模型，并对其进行均衡点分析，得出各影响因素对知识共享的作用关系，最后提出促进高校科技成果转化团队知识共享的对策建议。
