The contents of erucamide in three types of low-density polyethylene (PE-LD) films were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS),and the migration of erucamide from PE-LD films to a simulant food was investigated.The threshold of toxicological concern (TTC) was also used to assess the safety of erucamide in foods.The results indicated that the erucamide standard curve presented a good linear relationship (R=0.999 3) in the range of 100~ 5 000μg/L.The limit of detection of erucamide was 30 μg/L,the recovery were in the range of 78.3 %~115.6 % with a RSD of 2.9 %~11.6 %.The migration of erucamide increased with the increase of time,temperature and erucamide concentration in the certain range.The partition coefficient of erucamide between PE-LD and simulant foods increased slightly with the increase of erucamide concentration in PE-LD.%采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对3种低密度聚乙烯薄膜中的芥酸酰胺进行检测,研究了芥酸酰胺向食品模拟物的迁移.用毒理学关注阈值(TTC)法对芥酸酰胺的风险性进行评估.结果表明,芥酸酰胺在质量浓度为100~5 000 μg/L的范围内线性良好,相关系数(R)为0.993,加标回收率为78.3%~115.6%,相对标准偏差为2.9%~11.6%,芥酸酰胺的检出限为30 μg/L;在一定范围内,随着时间、温度及芥酸酰胺添加浓度的增加,芥酸酰胺的迁移量不断增加;芥酸酰胺在低密度聚乙烯和食品模拟物之间的分配系数随着芥酸酰胺的添加浓度增加而有所增加,但变化不大.
