我院某现代化住院药房推行标准化岗前培训的经验与体会

         

摘要

Objective To make the new entrants familiar with work as quickly as possible and to cultivate the department backbones by standardized pre - job training for ensuring the quality of department job. Methods According to standardized teaching project designed by the department, the teaching staff screened out within department itself implemented the pre - job training with high quality to the new entrants. The department faculty examined and accepted results. Results The high - quality standardized pre - job training made the new entrants reach a well - balanced work level and some young tutors with professional skills emerged. Conclusion The standardized pre - job training not only standardizes the behaviors and work of new entrants, but also makes the teaching staff gather experience, which is conducive to the department for further cultivating the business backbone and especially effctive to instruction and inheritance of work.%目的 通过标准化岗前培训,使新入岗人员尽快熟悉工作,培养科室骨干,确保工作质量.方法 通过科室内部筛选出的带教人员,对新入岗人员按照科室设计的标准化带教方案进行高质量岗前培训,由科室教学组进行考核验收.结果 经过高质量标准化岗前培训,新入岗人员均能达到比较均衡的工作水平,科室涌现出一批业务精湛的科室小教员.结论 标准化岗前培训,不仅规范了新入岗人员的行为和工作,而且为带教教员积累了经验,有利于科室进一步培养业务骨干,对工作的指导和传承尤其有效.
