:Objective To investigate the application efficacy of pre-job training system and standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training for newly recruited nurses. Methods 〓Totally 170 nurses recruited between 2016 and 2017 were involved and given the pre-job training. The theory and practice of CPR were taught with video and on-the-spot guidance. The CPR skill of newly recruited nurses was assessed before and after the training. Results 〓Newly recruited nurses were more familiar with the theory and practice of CPR after the training. Most of nurses(94.67%)were satisfied with the training method and efficacy. Conclusion 〓The systematic and standard CPR training is effective to improve the consciousness of emergency management and practice skills of CPR among newly recruited nurses.
