托吡酯治疗精神病患者激惹行为的临床对照研究

摘要

目的 评价托吡酯治疗精神病患者冲动激惹行为的临床效果.方法 将46例具有激惹行为的精神病住院患者随机分为两组,在原用药物不变的情况下,分别加用含托吡酯或不含托吡酯的胶囊治疗,采用修订的外显攻击量表(MOAS )和简明精神症状量表(BPRS)定期作盲式评定.结果 加用托吡酯组控制冲动激惹行为的有效率为62.50%,明显高于对照组的31.82% (P<0.01),且未出现明显药物副作用.结论 对具有激惹行为的精神病患者,可加用托吡酯以降低其激怒和冲动行为.%Objective To investigate the effect of topiramate to treat violence behavior in psychiatric patients. Methods Using double- blind control method, 46 violence behavior in psychiatric patients were enrolled. The examples were divided into two groups randomly, topiramate combining anti- psychiatrics of group and placebo combining anti- psychiatrics of group, assessing efficience by MOAS and BPRS. Results The effective rate was 62. 50％ in anti-psychiatrics addition topiramate and 31.82％ in anti-psychiatrics addition placebo respectively.There was a significant difference between two groups( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Topiramate had less side- effects. Conclusion Topiramate combining antipsychiatrics is effective and safe on the treatment of violence behavior of psychiatric patients.
