目的 探讨不同除锈方法对金属器械清洗质量的影响.方法 除锈前进行清洗消毒,选出锈迹程度相近的医疗器械200件,随机分成2组,每组100件.试验组将器械的生锈部分用软毛刷蘸以60~80℃纯水按1:10比例配制的除锈溶液进行局部除锈;对照组将器械浸泡于以30~50℃常水按1:10比例配制的除锈溶液中5~10 min,用软毛刷将器械在溶液中刷洗.比较2组经过6次除锈处理后器械的使用寿命和清洗合格率.结果 试验组器械的使用寿命明显延长,清洗合格率为98.00%,对照组清洗合格率为79.00%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 生锈的医疗器械用以60~80℃纯水按1:10配制的除锈溶液进行局部除锈,效果更好.%Objective To investigate the effects of different derusting methods on metal medical instruments. Methods The metal medical instruments were performed cleaning and disinfection before removing rust. Among them, 200 pieces with similar degree of rust were selected and randomly divided into the two groups, 100 pieces in each group. The rust part of the instrument in the experimental group was conducted the local derusting by the banister brush with the derusting solution prepared by 60 - 80 ℃ pure water at the proportion of 1 : 10. The instrument in the control group was immersed in derusting solution prepared by 30-50℃ common water at the proportion of 1 : 10 for 5-10 min and its rust part was scrubbed by the banister brush in the derusting solution. The service life and the cleaning qualified rate after 6 times derusting were compared between these two different methods. Results The service life of instrument in the experimental group was significantly extended, the cleaning qualified rate was 98. 00%, while the control group was 79. 00%. The difference between these two groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Conducting local derusting in the rusted medical instrument with the derusting solution prepared by 60-80℃ pure water at the proportion of 1 - 10 has better effect.
