不同除锈工具对医疗平面类器械除锈效果的比较

摘要

目的:探讨消毒供应中心最佳的除锈方法,同时节省人力资源.方法:将2014年6月~2016年3月未经保湿处理且12 h后才进入消毒供应中心进行清洗的医疗平面类器械共200件随机等分为对照组和观察组,两组器械上的锈渍大小均为2 mm2,在除锈前先用配制好的易博士多酶(1:300)浸泡3~5min,然后取出浸泡好的器械进行除锈.对照组用普通的软毛刷蘸少量的易博士除锈剂(干粉)在器械表面锈渍明显的地方沿一个矢状方向来回擦拭3次;观察组用医用纱布蘸少量的易博士除锈剂(干粉)在器械表面锈渍明显的地方沿一个矢状方向来回擦拭3次,比较两组的除锈合格情况.结果:两组除锈合格情况比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的除锈效果优于对照组.结论:对医用平面类器械进行除锈,医用纱布比普通软毛刷除锈效果更明显.%Objective:To discuss the optimal rust removal method of the sterilization supply center while saving the human resources.Methods: Divided 200 medical plane apparatuses which were not subject to moisture keeping treatment and entered the sterilization supply center only 12h later from June 2014 to March 2016 into control group and observation group randomly, with size of rust in both groups 2 square milimeter, and before rust removal, the apparatuses were soaked in the prepared YBS multi-enzyme (1:300) for 3-5min, and then taken out for rust removal.For the control group, a little YBS rust removal agent (dry powder) was dipped with an ordinary soft hair brush for wiping for 3 times back and forth in a vector direction on the surface of the medical apparatuses with visible rust;for the observation group, a little YBS rust removal agent (dry powder) was dipped with medical gauze for wiping for 3 times back and forth in a vector direction on the surface of the medical apparatuses with visible rust, and comparison was made on the compliance of rust removal of the two groups.Results: The comparison of compliance of rust removal in the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the rust removal effect of the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:For the rust removal of medical plane apparatuses, the medical gauze had better effect than the ordinary hair brush.
