原子荧光光谱法测定复方氯化钠注射液中微量砷含量

         

摘要

Objective To establish the atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (AFS) method for the determination of trace arsenic in Compound Sodium Choride Injection.Methods The determined wavelength was set at 193.7 nm for arsenic and the lamp current was 60 mA,the slit-width was 0.4 nm.Results The tested solution in the range of 0-80.0 ng/mL for arsenic had a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity,and the average sample recovery rate was 98.97%,RSD =1.76% (n =9).Conclusion The AFS method for determining trace arsenic is simple,accurate and sensitive with good stability of tested solution.%目的 建立原子荧光光谱法测定复方氯化钠注射液中微量砷的分析方法.方法 检测波长铅为193.7 nm,灯电流为60 mA,狭缝宽度为0.4 nm.结果 被测溶液含砷在0~80.0 ng/mL质量浓度范围内与荧光强度呈较好线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.97%,RSD=1.76%(n=9).结论 原子荧光法测定复方氯化钠注射液中微量砷,方法准确、简单、灵敏,被测溶液稳定性好.
