The present invention relates to a portable device capable of conveniently measuring a very small amount of ingredients in agricultural food using laser Raman spectroscopy. The portable device for measuring a very small amount of ingredients in agricultural food using laser Raman spectroscopy comprises: a laser light source unit generating a laser beam using a laser diode; one or more reflective prisms guiding the laser beam to a light output position; a light receiving unit receiving a light signal scattered from an object to be measured; a spectrum unit obtaining the spectrum of a received light signal; a CCD detection unit detecting a Raman signal from the obtained spectrum; and a control unit measuring and displaying a salty taste of the object to be measured by analyzing the Raman signal. Specifically, a lens is not arranged between the object to be measured and the reflective prism finally radiating the laser beam. A measurement value of the salty taste can be corrected in accordance with the temperature of the object to be measured. The portable device for measuring a very small amount of ingredients in agricultural food using laser Raman spectroscopy uses the laser diode and simplifies the arrangement of a polarizing lens. So, the portable device for measuring a very small amount of ingredients in agricultural food using laser Raman spectroscopy improves portability and can obtain the effect of saving manufacturing costs. Also, the portable device for measuring a very small amount of ingredients in agricultural food using laser Raman spectroscopy improves radiation efficiency of the laser beam and can improve measurement accuracy of the salty taste.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
