高效液相色谱法测定通塞益脑口服液中α－细辛脑含量

摘要

Objective To establish a method for the content determination of α-asarone in Tongsaiyinao Oral Solution. Methods The Hedera-ODS-2 C18 culumn ( 250 mm × 4. 6mm, 5 μm)column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and water ( 55:45 ) and the detection wavelength was at 257 nm. Results α-asarone showed a linear relationship within the concentration range of 10. 5~105 μg/mL ( r=0. 999 9 ) . The average recovery was 99. 49%, and RSD=2. 45% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion The proposed method appered to be simple, rapid, reliable, sensitive and accurate. It is available to the content determination of Tongsaiyinao Oral Solution.%目的：建立测定通塞益脑口服液中石菖蒲所含α－细辛脑含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为 Hedera－ODS－2 C18柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇－水（55：45），检测波长257 nm。结果α－细辛脑质量浓度在10.5~105μg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好（ r=0.9999），平均加样回收率为99.49%，RSD为2.45%（ n=6）。结论该方法简便、快速、重复性好，分离度好，测定结果准确可靠，可用于通塞益脑口服液中α－细辛脑的含量测定。
