Objective To investigate the effect of Quality Control Circle (QCC)in improving account coincidence rate of drug stocktak-ing in the outpatient pharmacy. Methods Through using the technique of QCC,the steps of present situation investigation,cause analy-sis,target setting,analysis,constitute and implement countermeasure were carried out,and the effect was confirmed finally. Results After the implementation of QCC,the account coincidence rate in the outpatient pharmacy had improved from 47. 37% to 75. 57%,which made substantial achievements. At the same time,the pharmacists in the activity had got a lot of harvest in various aspects like the un-derstanding of QCC,problem-solving ability and communication and coordination ability. Conclusion The activities of QCC can effec-tively improve account coincidence rate of drug stocktaking in the outpatient pharmacy,improve the service level of outpatient pharmacy, and ensure the patients′ medication supply and medication safety.%目的 探讨品管圈提高门诊药房盘点账物相符率的效果.方法 运用品管圈方法,进行现状调查、原因分析、目标设定、解析、对策制订并组织实施,最后确认效果.结果 开展品管圈活动后,门诊药房盘点账物相符率由改善前的47.37%升至75.57%,表明取得了实质性成效.同时,参与的药师们对品管手法的认识、解决问题能力、沟通协调能力等均有了很大提高.结论 品管圈活动提高了门诊药房盘点账物相符率,提升了门诊药房药学服务水平,保障了患者的用药供应与用药安全.
