分子蒸馏法从大豆油脚中提取辅酶Q1o的研究

         

摘要

Coenzyme Q10 was extracted from soybean oil sediment by molecular distillation technique. The optimal conditions of extracting coenzyme Q,o were as follows: vacuum 0.01 Pa, distillation temperature 1901, agitating speed 600 r/min, feed rate 1.0 mL/min. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of light phase was 85. 12% , and the coenzyme Q10 content was 1. 85 mg/g in light phase. After purification of light phase, the crystal purity was 92. 5%. The studies showed that this method of extracting coenzyme Qlo from soybean oil sediment was feasible..%采用分子蒸馏法从大豆油脚中提取辅酶Q10,提取分离辅酶Q10最佳工艺条件为:真空度0.01Pa,蒸馏温度190℃,刮板转速600 r/min,物料流量1.0 mL/min.最佳条件下轻相得率为85.12%,轻相中辅酶Q10含量为1.85 mg/g.轻相经纯化后辅酶Q10结晶纯度为92.5%.研究证明此方法提取大豆油脚中的辅酶Q10是可行的.
