功能性米糠油调节血脂功效研究

摘要

The main quality index (acid value,oryzanol,vitamin E,sterols) of the functional rice bran oil and the ordinary rice bran oil was compared, and the effect of functional rice bran oil on blood lipids was investigated. Mice experiments showed that functional rice hran oil could effectively reduce the content of total triglycerides (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) , and significantly increase the content of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC). However, the change of total cholesterol( TC) was not significant. In conclusion,the efficacy of functional rice bran oil was better than that of ordinary rice bran oil in lowering blood lipids.%比较了功能性米糠油与普通米糠油的主要质量指标(酸值、谷维素、维生素E、甾醇含量),重点研究了功能性米糠油调节血脂的功效.小鼠实验表明,功能性米糠油能有效地降低血中总甘油三酯(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDLC)的含量,同时使高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)的含量显著升高,但是对总胆固醇(TC)的影响不显著.总之,功能性米糠油的降血脂功效要好于普通米糠油.
