H2 SO4一步法催化棉籽酸化油制备生物柴油的工艺研究

         

摘要

The esterification reaction of the cottonseed acidification oil with methanol catalysed by the tra-ditional liquid acid H2 SO4 to prepare biodiesel was carried out, and the effects of mass ratio of methanol to oil, catalyst dosage and reaction time on the esterification rate were also studied. The results showed that the optimal esterification conditions were obtained as follows:mass ratio of methanol to oil 1∶1 , reaction time 10 h, catalyst dosage 2. 5% (based on the mass of oil ), and the esterification rate was 92. 17%under these conditions. The main performance indexes of the prapared biodiesel were close to the national 0 # diesel standard GB/T 19147—2003 .%采用传统液体酸浓H2 SO4一步法催化棉籽酸化油与甲醇的酯化反应制备生物柴油,考察了醇油质量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对酯化率的影响。结果表明,酯化反应最佳反应条件为:醇油质量比1∶1,催化剂用量2.5%(占油质量),反应时间10 h;在此条件下酯化率为92.17%。制得的生物柴油与我国0#柴油标准( GB/T 19147—2003)的主要性能指标接近。
