酶法辅助适温压榨制取红花籽油工艺技术

             

摘要

In order to improve the quality of safflower seed oil,safflower seed oil was produced by enzyme-assisted optimum temperature pressing,and the process parameters were optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal parameters were obtained as follows:water content 8.56%,pressing temperature 72.9 ℃,pressure 3.86 MPa,feeding rate 2 050 kg/h,dosage of enzyme 2.4%,enzymolysis temperature 50.7 ℃ and enzymolysis time 4.5 h.Under these conditions,the content of linoleic acid,vitamin E and sterols in safflower seed oil reached 80%,460 mg/kg and 4 275 mg/kg respectively,and the oil yield was 23.96%.%为提高红花籽油品质,通过酶法辅助适温压榨制取红花籽油,并利用响应面设计优化其工艺参数.结果表明:红花籽油最佳制取条件为水分8.56%、压榨温度72.9℃、压力3.86 MPa、喂料速度2 050 kg/h、酶用量2.4%、酶解温度50.7℃、酶解时间4.5h;在此条件下红花籽油中亚油酸含量达到80%,VE含量达到460 mg/kg,甾醇总含量达到4 275 mg/kg,出油率为23.96%.
