Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing quality control system in the nursing process of department of cardiology. Methods The nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients in 2015 and 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The nursing quality control system was not performed in 2015 and the comprehensive nursing quality control system was performed in 2016. Results The scores of first-aid material quality management, inpatient ward management quality, nursing checkup system quality evaluation criteria, nursing document quality evaluation criteria, safe medication quality management evaluation, transfusion quality management, wound/pressure sore quality management, falling/dropping quality management, clinical "critical value" reporting system evaluation criteria, intravenous therapy nursing safety management quality evaluation criteria and high quality nursing service quality in 2015 were significantly lower than those in 2016.The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).In addition, the satisfaction degree of nursing of patients in 2015 was significantly lower than that in 2016.The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the cardiology department, the nursing quality control system can remarkably improve the nursing quality and satisfaction degree of nursing of patients.It can not only standardize and supervise the nurses' work, but also effectively reduce the nurse-patient conflicts in department of cardiology.%目的 探讨在心内科护理过程中实施护理质量控制体系的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析我院2015年和2016年的护理质量以及患者对护理工作满意度情况, 其中2015年尚未实施护理质量控制体系, 而2016年全面实施护理质量控制体系.结果 在我院心内科尚未实施护理质量控制体系的2015年, 急救物品质量管理、病区管理质量管理、护理查对制度质量评价标准、护理文书质量评价标准、安全用药质量管理评价、输血质量管理、伤口/压疮质量管理、跌倒/坠床质量管理、临床"危急值"报告制度评价标准、静脉治疗护理安全管理质量评价标准以及优质护理服务质量的得分要明显低于实施了护理质量控制体系的2016年, 两者差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) ;此外, 在患者对护理工作满意度方面, 2015全年护理满意度明显不及2016全年, 两者差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) .结论 通过对我院心内科实施了护理质量控制体系后, 护理人员的护理质量以及护理工作满意度要较之前有了质的飞跃, 这不仅是规范和监督护理人员的护理工作, 同时也是有效缓解心内科护患矛盾的有效措施.
