目的：观察舒肝清胃降浊方治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取64例相关病例，随机分为两组，分别给予气滞胃痛颗粒、舒肝清胃降浊方治疗8周，对患者治疗前后进行对照观察。结果治疗组患者在有效率、治愈率、胃镜疗效、病理检查疗效评分方面均显著优于对照组。结论舒肝清胃降浊方是临床应用治疗RE的合理有效的方剂，值得临床推广。%Objective To observe the Shugan Qingwei clinical efficacy and safety of Jiangzhuo Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods Select the relevant cases 64 cases,randomly divided into the treatment group(32 cases)and the control group(32 cases),respectively given Shu Ganqing Qizhiweitong granule,gastric Jiangzhuo Decoction,in the treatment of 8 weeks,the patients before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results The patients in the treatment group,the cure rate,efficiency,efficacy of endoscopy score pathological efficacy were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Shugan Qingwei Jiangzhuo prescription is clinical application for treatment of RE reasonable and effective prescription,is worth the clinical promotion.
