优质护理服务在提高骨科住院患者满意度调查分析与对策

             

摘要

目的:针对开展优质护理服务工作以来,骨科出院患者满意度中存在的问题进行讨论、分析、整改,持续改进,提高护理服务质量和患者满意度。方法根据护理部设置的病房护理工作满意度调查表,调查2011年5月~2014年4月我院骨科出院患者的满意度。结果共发放、回收576份调查表,骨科住院患者对护理服务质量平均满意度为98.6%,有待提高的方面主要的是基础护理,护士的技术水平,健康教育能力。结论通过骨科出院患者满意度中存在的问题进行讨论、分析、整改,持续改进,能显著提高护理服务质量和患者满意度。%Objective Since developing high quality nursing service work,department of orthopedics,existing problems in discharged patients satisfaction were analysed and rectification,continuous improvement,improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.Methods According to the questionnaire of job satisfaction of nursing ward nursing departmentsettings,department of orthopedics in our hospital from 2011 May to 2014 April survey of discharged patients satisfaction. Results A total of 576 questionnaires were issued,recovery,hospitalized patients of department of orthopedics nursing service quality average satisfaction for 98.6%,further improvement of the main is the basic nursing,the technical level of nurses,health education ability.ConclusionThrough theexisting department of orthopedics discharged patient satisfactionproblems for discussion,analysis,rectification,continuous improvement,can significantly improve the nursing service quality and patient satisfaction.
