对临床教师进行技能标准化培训与考核管理的方法与实施

     

摘要

目的:探讨对临床教师进行技能标准化培训与考核管理的形式.方法:将集体备课的教学模式融入PDCA循环,应用于临床教师技能培训.结果:临床教师在完成一个培训考核周期后,技能水平得到了完善和提高,2006~2010年临床教师和2003~2007级河北医科大学学生考核优秀率逐年提高,不合格率逐年下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:集体备课教学模式与PDCA循环管理方法的实施,整体提高了临床教师技能操作水平和带教水平.%Objective: To explore the form of the standardized on-duty training and test management for the clinical teachers. Methods: The collective lesson preparation and PDCA circle procedure combination were applied in the process of clinical teachers' technical ability training. Results: The operational skills were improved and enhanced in clinical teachers after a training examination cycle completed.The statistical results about the clinical skills tests of clinical teachers from 2006 to 2010 and senior medical students from 2003 to 2007 were showed that the excellent rate increased and the unqualified rate decreased year after year, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Implementation of the management methods of collective lesson preparation and PDCA circle can improve the clinical skills and teaching level of clinical teachers.
