临床教师技能标准化培训与考核评价体系的研究

     

摘要

目的:探索教学医院临床教师技能标准化培训与考核的评价体系.方法:参照河北医科大学临床技能教学大纲标准,我院建立了临床教师技能标准化培训与考核的评价体系,开展了临床教师技能考核的研究与实践.结果:2007~2010年的临床教师技能考核成绩显示,临床教师在完成一个培训考核周期后,其临床技能教学水平得到强化和提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).多数教师对现行临床技能培训与考核评价体系表示认可,认为其能有效提高临床实践能力.结论:临床教师技能标准化培训与考核评价体系的建立,为教学医院改进技能教学,提高教学效果提供了借鉴.%Objective: To explore evaluation system for the clinical teacher standardized skills training and examination in teaching hospitals. Methods: With reference to the clinical skills teaching program of Hebei Medical University, evaluation system for the clinical teachers' standardized skills training and examination was established, the research and practice on the clinical teachers' skills examination had been carried out. Results: The results of the clinical skills tests for the clinical teachers from the year 2007 to 2010 showed that the clinical skills and teaching ability of clinical teachers improved and enhanced after completed a training examination cycle (P<0.01). Most of the teachers agreed that it could efficiently improve the clinical practice ability. Conclusion: The establishment of assessment system for the clinical teachers' standardized skills training and examination can provide some references for those teaching hospital teachers to improve their teaching skills and effect.
