行为改变教育策略对应激性消化不良患者的影响

     

摘要

Objective To analyze and compare the effect of behavior change education strategies on irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).Methods Retrospective investigation method of questionnaire survey was used to investigate the effects of behavior change education strategy on 100 patients with irritability indigestion in Fengtian Hospital Affiliated to Shenyang Medical University from March 2008 to May 2012, 100 patients with irritability indigestion who were given routine nursing in our hospital during the same period were selected as a control group, the health status questionnaire (SF-36), the quality of life scale (QLQ-C30) of two groups were observed before and after the intervention; the improvement of clinical symptoms of two groups were observed.Results In the 200 patients, there were 124 cases of type a actors accounted for 62.0%, 76 cases in type B and mixed type, accounted for 38.0%; observation group had 100 cases in the total effectiveness (100.0%), the control group had 75 cases (75%), there was significant difference on the total effective rate between two groups (χ2=4.294, P < 0.05); QLQ-C30, SF-36 of observation group were significantly increased which compared with the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Psychological factors on the pathogen-esis of IBS has an important influence, change the educational strategies can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with IBS, the disease rehabilitation has a exact effect.%目的 分析、比较行为改变教育策略对肠易激综合征(IBS)的影响.方法 采取问卷回顾性调查法调查行为改变教育策略对沈阳医学院奉天医院2008年3月~2012年5月100例应激性消化不良患者的影响,另选择我院同期收治入院的采用常规护理的应激性消化不良患者100例作为对照组,分析干预前、后简明健康状况问卷(SF-36)、生存质量评定量表(QLQ-C30);观察两组临床症状改善情况.结果 200例患者中a型行为者124例,占62.0%,非a型者(b型与混合型)76例,占38.0%.其中观察组总有效100例(100.0%),对照组总有效75例(75.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(X2=4.294,P<0.05);观察组QLQ-C30、SF-36总分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05).结论 心理因素对IBS的发病有着重要影响,改变教育策略能显著改善IBS患者的生存质量,对该病的康复有确切的效果.
