云南省高校中医药人才的培养与基层中医药人才需求的衔接

         

摘要

Through the investigation of department of traditional Chinese medicine, hospital of traditional Chinese medicine or the township hospital in Yunnan Province or the municipalities (state), county, find that basic Chinese medicine talent shortage has become the bottleneck of the development of Chinese medicine in Yunnan Province. Major performances are shortage of clinical subject leaders and technical cadre-man in Chinese medicine hospitals, lack of personnel in Chinese medical institutions and talent fault. Meanwhile, the talents are not with high technological level, part of who are with Western medicine trend. To solve those above problems, university of traditional Chinese medicine, as the main channel of Chinese medicine personnel training, should make efforts in the following aspects by taking ad-vantages of education resources: to expand the autonomy of running a university and adjust the structure of students; to strengthen the free cultivation of rural oriented medical students; to increase the efforts to cultivate adaptive talent of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine; to cultivate "fitting all, doing well" Chinese medicine talents and to make full use of the resource advantages of university continuing education.%通过对云南省市(州)、县中医医院或乡镇卫生院的中医科进行调查后发现,基层中医药人才匮乏已成为制约云南省中医药事业发展的瓶颈之一,主要表现为临床学科带头人和技术骨干缺乏、医疗机构中医药人员匮乏,且技术水平不高、中医药人才断层、部分中医药人才有西医化趋势等。要想根本解决云南省基层中医药人才匮乏问题,必须充分发挥高校培养中医药人才的主渠道作用,实现高校中医药人才的培养与基层中医药人才需求的紧密衔接,需从扩大高校办学自主权,调整生源结构;加强农村订单定向中医药类专业免费医学生的培养;加大社会适应性强的中西医结合人才的培养力度;培养“用得上、干得好”的中医药人才;充分发挥高校继续教育的资源优势等方面着手实现。
