不同手术方式治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿的研究现状

摘要

颅内蛛网膜囊肿为颅内良性占位性病变,此病好发于儿童,随着多种影像学检查手段运用,其检出率明显升高.目前临床常用的治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿的手术方式有:囊肿‐腹腔分流术、显微开颅囊肿切除术及神经内镜下囊肿切除术+脑池沟通术.虽然存在以上几种治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿的手术方式,但这3 种手术方式各有优、缺点,对于治疗蛛网膜囊肿的最佳手术方式至今仍有较大争议,故还需学者进一步探讨.%Intracranial arachnoid cyst is a benign space occupying lesion which most often occurs in children, with the use of a variety of imaging tests, the detection rate is significantly increased. Currently the surgical methods commonly used in the treatment of intracranial arachnoid cysts are cystoperitoneal shunt, microcapsular cystectomy and endoscopic operation. Although there are several ways to treat intracranial arachnoid cysts, the three methods of operation have their advantages and disadvantages, so the best surgical treatment for arachnoid cysts is still controversial. Therefore, further studies are needed.
