Now human papillomavirus genotyping will focus on the way to target amplification-based detection and to signal amplification-based detection techniques. But there was a little confusion in the applications of HPV detection. In order to improve product quality, ensure quality of clinical detection, bet er for clinical services, the evaluation and quality control of human papil omavirus genotyping detection was our inspection agencies for reagent quality inspection and assessment. This article wil give a briefly description on the human papil omavirus genotyping detection methods and quality assessment.%　　人乳头瘤病毒基因分型检测对子宫颈病变的早期发现、宫颈细胞学异常的评估和管理，病程的进展，高度宫颈上皮内瘤变治疗后的随访，以及人群的流行病学状态和病毒疫苗的研制有重要意义。目前国内外对人乳头瘤病毒进行基因分型的方法主要集中在以靶序列扩增为基础的检测技术和以信号放大为基础的检测技术两方面。但在HPV的检测应用中存在一定的困惑，如何评价这些方法，保障临床检测质量，更好地为临床服务，是检测机构思考的问题。本文就人乳头瘤病毒基因分型检测方法及质量评价要点进行简要阐述。
