天祝牦牛Fas基因的克隆与生物信息学分析

     

摘要

A coding region sequence of yak Fas was cloned by molecular cloning technique in this study.Some characters of the Fas gene and encoded protein sequences were predicted and analyzed by the methods of bioinformatics in the following aspects as the general physical and chemical properties,hydrophobicity,signal peptide and secondary structure.Results showed that the full-length of yak Fas contained a complete ORF(972 bp) encoding 323 amino acid.The protein encoded by yak Fas had obvious signal peptide which was a hydrophilic protein.The secondary structures were mainly composed of Helix and Coli.The Fas and related proteins of Bos grunnien,Bos taurus,Ovis aries showed highly homology.%利用分子克隆技术获得了牦牛Fas基因,采用生物信息学方法对该基因及其编码蛋白的基本理化性质、疏水性、信号肽、二级结构等进行了预测和分析.结果表明:牦牛Fas基因包含一个972 bp的开放阅读框,编码323个氨基酸;其编码蛋白属于亲水性蛋白,具有明显的信号肽;二级结构主要以无规则卷曲和α螺旋为主;Fas基因编码产物氨基酸同源性分析结果表明,其与牛和绵羊等物种的Fas氨基酸具有高度同源性.
