氨溴索联合注射用牛肺表面活性剂对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征临床疗效

摘要

目的：分析总结新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）治疗中联合氨溴索及注射用牛肺表面活性剂（珂立苏）方案的应用效果。方法随机将67例NRDS患儿分为两组，对照组在常规治疗基础上应用氨溴索治疗（32例），观察组在常规治疗基础上联合应用氨溴索与珂立苏治疗（35例）。对比分析两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组呼吸机使用时间、氧疗时间及重症监护室住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。同时在接受治疗5 d后，观察组的临床治疗痊愈率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论联合氨溴索及珂立苏方案可有效的改善NRDS患儿的临床治疗效果。%ObjectiveTo analyzed the effect of Ambroxol combined with Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for injection in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods 67 cases of NRDS were randomly divided into two groups,control group on the basis of conventional treatment application Ambroxol for Injection(32 cases),observation group on the basis of conventional treatment combined Ambroxol and Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for Injection(35 cases). Analysis of two groups of clinical therapeutic effect.ResultsObservation group respirator use time,oxygen therapy and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group(P< 0.05). After 5 d treatment,the clinical cure rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P< 0.055). Conclusion Combined Ambroxol and Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for Injection can effectively improve the clinical effect of children with NRDS.
