医院药师药学服务工作现状及其应具备的素质

摘要

为提高医院药师服务水平，对医院药师的工作现状、医院药师应具备的素质等方面进行论述。发现目前药师存在缺乏责任感、回答患者问题不耐心、专业知识匮乏等问题。所以医院药师必须加强职业意识和提高自身素质修养，转变药师工作职能，不断学习，确保患者安全、有效、合理的用药及认真执行制度，提高药师在患者心目中的地位，成为受人尊敬的职业。%To improve the level of hospital pharmacists service,in this paper,we analysed the present situation of hospital pharmacists and what quality a pharmacists should have. We found the pharmacists were lack of sense of responsibility,not patience when answering the question,lack of professional knowledge,such as the status quo. So hospital pharmacists must strengthen occupational consciousness and improve their own quality cultivation,change the function of pharmacists work,through continuous learning to ensure patients’safety,use drug effectively and rational y.
