丹红联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗特发性间质性肺炎的效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia with Danhong and acetyl cysteine.MethodsChose our hospitalfrom April 2010 to April 2015 of 117 cases of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia patients as the object of study. Al the patients were treated with Danhong + acetyl cysteine and conventional treatment methods to start clinical treatment and ultimately on two groups of pneumonia patients serum III - C (type III colagen)and IFN gamma(IFN gamma)and index contrast.Results After the treatment, the C1 group was better than the C2 group(P<0.05) in the treatment of al patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia of Ⅲ-C and IFN-γ.Conclusion For idiopathic interstitial pneumonia patients with with Danhong and acetyl cysteine treatment, can improve lung fibrosis, improve exercise capacity of patients,and improve the quality of life.%目的：探讨采用丹红+乙酰半胱氨酸对特发性间质性肺炎患者加以治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2010年4月～2015年4月收治的117例特发性间质性肺炎患者作为研究对象，患者分别采用丹红+乙酰半胱氨酸以及常规治疗的方法展开临床治疗，最终对两组肺炎患者的血清Ⅲ-C（Ⅲ型胶原）以及IFN-γ（γ-干扰素）等指标展开对比。结果所有特发性间质性肺炎患者完成治疗后，在血清Ⅲ-C以及IFN-γ指标等方面，C1组优于C2组（P＜0.05）。结论对于特发性间质性肺炎患者，治疗方法除常规疗法外，配合患者选择丹红+乙酰半胱氨酸进行治疗，可以将患者的肺纤维化改善，将患者运动能力提高，提高患者的生活质量。
