奥扎格雷钠联合巴曲酶对进展性脑梗死的治疗效果研究

摘要

Objective Study on combined ozagrel sodium and batroxobin in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods We randomly divided 94 cases of cerebral infarction patients into experimental group and control group,each group had 47 cases and control group received conventional therapy and the use of ozagrel sodium in the treatment,the experimental group on the basis of plus batroxobin. Effects of the two groups were compared. Results Experimental group total effective rate(93.6%)and control group(74.5%)was significantly higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined application of ozagrel sodium and batroxobin in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction,ideal curative effect,recommended application.%目的：研究联合奥扎格雷钠和巴曲酶治疗进展性脑梗死的效果。方法随机均分94例进展性脑梗死患者为实验组和对照组，各组均为47例，对照组予以常规治疗和使用奥扎格雷钠治疗，实验组在此基础加用巴曲酶，比较两组疗效。结果实验组治疗总有效率（93.6%）比对照组（74.5%）高（P ＜0.05）。结论联合应用奥扎格雷钠和巴曲酶治疗进展性脑梗死，疗效理想。
