100例急性心肌梗死患者运用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗的效果分析

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment givenintravenous thrombolytic therapy with urokinase in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods In our hospital from 2013 June to 2014 income 6 of 68 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment,and experimental group were given urokinase therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,carry on comparative analysis to the clinical index after treatment in two groups.Results After treatment, the patients in the experimental group of ECG ST segment change rate 67.65%,CK value (847.34 ±304.29),CK (15.2 ±2.08) the emergence time and the re-canalization rate 73.53% compared with the control group had significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion In patients with acute myocardial infarction with urokinaseintravenous thrombolytic therapy can effectively improve the treatment effect, with a strong force to control the disease,it is worth in the clinical application.%目的：探讨对急性心肌梗死患者给予尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取该院2013年6月—2014年6月接受治疗的急性心肌梗死患者68例，随机分成两组，每组34例。对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗的基础上给予尿激酶治疗，对两组患者治疗后的临床指标进行比较分析。结果经过治疗后实验组患者心电图ST段变化率67.65%、CK值(847.34±304.29)、CK出现时间(15.21±2.08)以及血管再通率73.53%与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论对急性心肌梗死患者给予尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗可有效提高治疗效果，对病情具有较强控制力，值得在临床上推广应用。
