Objective Application of contact number in the classification analysis of catering services regulatory effect. Methods In a city from 2007 to 2012 catering regulatory effect detection is basic information, contact numbers of their ap-plication classification analysis. Results Classification of the city's 2007 results to 2012 food service regulatory effects were gradeⅠ, gradeⅠ, gradeⅡ, gradeⅢ, grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅰ. Conclusion The city quality supervision of food service ex-perienced a high to low (the lowest was in 2010) and from low to high development process, and TOPSIS method and RSR consistent results.%目的:应用联系数对餐饮服务监管效果进行分类分析。方法以某市2007—2012年餐饮服务监管效果检测值为基本资料,应用联系数对其进行分类分析。结果该市2007—2012年餐饮服务监管效果的等级划分结果分别为Ⅰ级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅰ级。结论该市餐饮服务监管质量经历了一个由高到低(最低谷为2010年)又由低到高的发展历程,与TOPSIS法和秩和比法所得结果基本吻合。
