目的 探讨护理安全风险管理防御机制在手术室护理管理中的应用效果. 方法 以该院住院部2015年1—3月期间行手术治疗的患者100例作为对照,期间手术室护理人员为9名;以2015年4—6月期间行手术治疗的患者共计100例作实验,期间手术室护理人员为9名.对照组采取手术室常规护理管理方法,实验组采取引入护理安全风险管理防御机制后的护理管理方法.对比观察两组患者手术室护理风险事件、护理投诉纠纷事件发生、护理人员对风险管理知识的掌握情况. 结果实验组患者接受手术室护理中, 风险事件发生率以及护理投诉纠纷事件发生率分别为1.00%(1/100)、2.00%(2/100),均明显低于对照组(P<0.05). 实验组护理人员在风险意识、风险管理认知、风险管理态度、以及风险管理行为意向4个方面的评分均值分别为(23.6±0.9)分、(24.5±0.3)分、(22.8±0.6)分、以及(23.1±1.1)分,均明显高于对照组组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 在手术室护理管理中引入护理安全风险管理防御机制可降低护理风险事件发生率,减少护理纠纷与投诉率,对提高护理人员风险意识有促进作用,临床价值值得肯定并推广应用.%Objective To study the nursing security defense mechanism in the operating room nursing risk management in application effect. Methods Our hospital in-patient department from January 2015 to March 2015 line during surgical treatment of 100 cases of patients with a control, during the operating room nursing personnel for nine; In April 2015 ~June 2015 line a total of 100 patients with surgical treatment of the experiment, during the operating room nursing staff to nine. Control group routine to the operating room nursing management method, the experimental group to introduce the nursing safety risk management after the defense mechanism of nursing management methods. Compared two groups of pa-tients in the operating room nursing risk events, nursing complaints disputes incident, nurses master the situation of risk management knowledge. Results The incidence of nursing risk events, the experimental group patients complaints disputes were 1.00% (1/100), 2.00%(2/100), were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Experimental group of nursing staff in the aspect of risk management knowledge in scores were significantly higher than that of control group, P<0.05. Conclusion In the operating room nursing management of nursing safety risk management is introduced into the defense mechanism can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events, reduce nursing disputes and complaints, to improve the nurses consciousness of risk.
