PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict the security measure material to which new security measures should be taken.SOLUTION: In a risk management support system 1, management equipment 10 reads an effect loss value corresponding to input information from a risk factor storage part 20 and reads a service life and a current risk reduction effect value of a security measure material to be influenced by the input information from a security measure material storage part 30. A value obtained by reducing an external factor caused effect loss value from the current risk reduction effect value is defined as a predictive value at a future time point, and a transition of the risk reduction effect value stored in the security measure material storage part 30 is updated. If it is judged that the time in which the risk reduction effect value will be lower than a lower limit value may come within the service life of the security measure material that is influenced by the input information based on the updated transition of the risk reduction effect value, information on that security measure material is outputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
