以人为本的人性化护理管理激励机制对提高营养科护士工作积极性的影响

     

摘要

Objective To further improve the enthusiasm of nursing and to reduce and prevent the occurrence probability of a variety of adverse events, analysis and discussion of the meaning of humanization nursing management mode on working enthusiasm of nurses. Methods Sixty nurses were selected in the hospital nutritional department which were divided ran-domly into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The observation group received humanization nurs-ing management mode on working,the cont rol group was given the traditional management method. observed two groups of patients of clinical treated efficiency and satisfaction.Results After humanization nursing management,the evaluation scores of nurses'self-efficacy,nursing quality and patient satisfaction increase significantly,and the differences have statistical sig-nificance (P<0.05).Conclusion The incentive mechanism for rational m anagem ent of nursing staff ,can significantly im-prove the satisfacti on of patient s,nursing staff's sense of accomplishment and ability.%目的:为了进一步提高营养科护士工作积极性并降低医患矛盾的发生几率,分析和探讨以人为本的人性化护理管理激励机制对提高护理人员工作积极的意义。方法抽取60例于2013年1月-2015年1月在该院营养科工作的护理人员作为研究对象并按照管理模式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组各30例,其中对照组护理人员实施传统的管理办法,而观察组护理人员则采取以人为本的人性化护理管理激励机制,对比和分析两组的护理质量及对护理服务满意度。结果经过对比分析发现,对照组在护理质量及患者对护理服务的满意度明显不如观察组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将以人为本的人性化护理管理激励机制应用到营养科护理人员的日常管理,不仅可以显著提高患者的满意度,而且有利于提高护理人员的成就感和工作能力,预防了各种不良事件的发生率。
