目的：了解2014年西峰区某寄宿制初级中学食物中毒特征，探讨食物中毒发生原因，为学校食物中毒防控提供依据。方法按照现场流行病学调查、个案调查、临床特征、剩余食物和病人呕吐物实验室检查结果，分析食物中毒的特征及原因。结果食物中毒患病人数49人，罹患率为7.03%，年龄越小罹患率越高，男女性别比1：1.04；患者潜伏期短，发病时间集中，临床表现基本相似，以腹痛、恶心、呕吐、头晕、四肢麻木、腹泻等症状为主；患者呕吐物及剩余食物中检出金黄色葡萄球菌。结论这是一起因食用被金黄色葡萄球菌污染饭菜而引起的食物中毒事件。需切实提高各级领导对学校食堂卫生安全工作重要性的认识，加大对学校食堂基础设施投入，严格落实《学校食堂与学生集体用餐卫生管理规定》，提升学校食堂从业人员素质，加强学校食堂从业人员卫生法律法规、食品安全等相关知识培训，强化学校食堂的卫生监督管理，实行责任包干、责任追究制。%Objective From 2014 to boarding junior middle schools in Xifeng area characteristics of food poisoning, and investi-gate the cause of the food poisoning, food poisoning and this provided the basis for the school.
