人文关怀在消化内科优质护理服务中的应用探讨

     

摘要

目的:探讨人文关怀护理模式在消化内科优质护理中的应用。方法选自2012年1月-2015年1月在消化内科住院的患者180例。随机分为研究组与对照组各90例。对照组给予普通护理。研究组在调查研究的基础上,制定人文关怀护理服务模式。于患者出院时,采用住院患者满意度问卷调查。结果出院时,比较两组患者的满意度,研究组高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科临床护理中实施人文关怀护理模式,可明显提高患者的满意度,有利于提高临床护理工作质量、促进患者的心理康复,值得临床推广及应用。%Objective To explore the application of humanistic nursing model in department of gastroenterology. Methods 180 pa-tients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group (90 cases in each group).The conventional nursing model was used in the control group. The humanistic nursing model was used in the study group. The nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups . Results The nursing satisfaction of patients were significantly higher than the control group after the in-tervention and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The humanistic nursing model can improve quality of care, psychological rehabilitation and satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
