目的:研究以器官系统为中心的教学法(OBL)与以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)在临床风湿免疫科实习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2014年5月-2015年5月期间来该院风湿免疫科实习的全体实习生共102名,按随机数字表法将所有实习生分为两组,各51例。其中51例实习生采用OBL教学法进行教学作为OBL组;另51名实习生采用PBL教学法进行教学作为PBL组,观察对两组实习生的教学效果。结果 OBL组实习生理论考核、实践考核以及总分均高于PBL组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 OBL组、PBL组实习生自我学习能力满意度分别为98%、88%,OBL组实习生满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以器官系统为中心的教学法在临床教学上效果更佳,在风湿免疫科临床教学中具有重要意义,值得临床教学推广及应用。%Objective To research the application effect of organ system-centered teaching method and Problem-based learning teaching method in the practice in the department of rheumatology. Methods 102 interns in the department of rheumatology in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 51 in-terns in each, the OBL group adopted the OBL teaching method, while the PBL group adopted the PBL teaching method, and the teaching effect of the two groups was observed. Results The theoretical examination, practice examination and total score in the OBL group were higher than those in the PBL group,the difference was statisti cally significant, (P<0.05), and the self-learning ability satisfactory degree in the OBL group was higher than that in the PBL group (98% vs 88%),the dif-ference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of organ system-centered teaching method is better, and it is of important significance in the clinical teaching in the department of rheumatology, which is worth promo-tion and application in clinical teaching.
