切开挂线加旷置引流术治疗高位复杂肛瘘的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察分析切开挂线加旷置引流术治疗高位复杂肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选取我院64例患者研究分析，并随机将其分为治疗组（32例）和对照组（32例），对比两组患者治疗效果。结果对比两组患者临床治疗效果，有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论切开挂线加旷置引流术在治疗高位复杂肛瘘的临床上效果显著。%Objective to observe the analysis of the cut line and kuang drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula of clinical efficacy .Method choose 64cases patients with research and analysis,and the random divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group (32 cases),compared two groups of patients with therapeuticeffect.Results compared with two groups of patients with clinical effect,was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion cut line and kuang drainage in thetreatment of high complex anal fistula of clinical effect is remarkable.
