The present invention relates to a biliary drainage device for negative pressure-retrograde installation of percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (NR-PTBD). The biliary drainage device for NR-PTBD in a process of pancreaticoduodenectomy comprises: a flexible tube where a suction port, mounted in an afferent loop, is formed at one end in order to suck bile; and a guide member installed at the other end of the tube so that the tube inserted through a bile duct cut can penetrate the liver tissue.
