生脉注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗急性心肌梗死后低血压对临床疗效及心功能的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of Shengmai Injection combined with Nitroglycerin on the clinical effects and cardiac function in the treatment of hypotension after acute myocardial infarction.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with hypotension after myocardial infarction who had received treatment in our hospital between December 2014 and December 201 5 were reviewed,and these pa-tients were divided into two groups according to the different treatments given.The 34 patients given routine treatment were set as control group,whereas the other 46 patients treated with Shengmai Injection combined with Nitroglycerin as observation group.The clinical cura-tive effect and heart function in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was shown to be higher than that in the control group,and the cardiac function indexes (LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD)were all registered to be better than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hypotension after acute myocardial infarction,combined therapy of Shengmai Injection and Nitroglycerin can improve the clinical symptoms and blood pressure levels of the patients as well as the cardiac function indexes;therefore,it is worthwhile to be put into clinical application.%目的：：探究急性心肌梗死后低血压患者行生脉注射液与硝酸甘油联合治疗对临床疗效及心功能的影响.方法：选取本院2014年12月－2015年12月收治的急性心肌梗死后低血压80例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据治疗时采用的不同治疗方案分成两组，将行常规治疗34例患者设为对照组，将行生脉注射液与硝酸甘油联合治疗46例患者设为观察组，对两组临床疗效及心功能进行对比.结果：观察组总有效率比对照组高，且心功能指标(LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD)均比对照组优(P ＜0．05).结论：急性心肌梗死后低血压患者行生脉注射液与硝酸甘油联合治疗能够促进临床症状和血压水平改善，并优化心功能指标，可应用于临床.
