小儿先心病并发艾森曼格综合征的治疗现状

摘要

随着靶向治疗药物的发展以及心肺手术的进展,传统被认为仅能保守治疗的艾森曼格综合征( Eisenmenger syn_drome,ES﹚目前已经有了诸多有效治疗手段,延长了患者的生存年限和生存质量°该文总结了近年来靶向药物治疗及靶向药物治疗合并外科手术的进展,为内外科治疗艾森曼格综合症提供了新的思路°%As the update of the targeted-treatment medicine and the progress of the cardiopulmonary surgeries,Eisenmenger syn_drome which is considered to be limited to conservative therapy traditionally has owned several effective therapies nowadays .These new effective treatments shows promising effects with a delay of deterioration and improve the quantity of daily life. We conclude the progress of the targeted-treatment medicine and medicine treatment with surgery in the recent years to provide new thoughts to conquer the syndrome.
