高职学生外语学习非智力因素的培养与激发

摘要

非智力因素在人才的成长过程中有着不可忽视的作用。高职学生在学习外语时存在许多心理障碍。为了消除学生在外语学习过程中的心理障碍，提高其外语水平，教师应重视学生非智力因素的培养与激发。%Abstract Non-intelligence factors can not be ignored in the growth of talents. Higher vocational college students have many psychological obstacles in learning a foreign language. Teachers should pay attention to cultivate and motivate students’ non-intelligence factors in order to eliminate the students’ psychological obstacles in learning foreign languages and to improve their foreign language level.
