针对新技术应用与教师专业发展的互动作用,基于生态学视角,提出泛在学习范式革新中高校教师信息化教学能力发展的新思路,探索泛在学习生态特性其及意涵的技术丰富环境下高校教师信息化教学能力发展的有效策略,以期促进教师信息化教学能力发展绩效改进。%This paper focuses on Interaction between new technology application and teachers’ professional development, and puts forward a new idea of the E-teaching development of college teachers based on ubiquitous learning ecology, and explores effective strategies under the support of ubiquitous learning ecological characteristics and tech-nology rich environment, in the hope of improving the performance of E-teaching development of college teachers.
