军校学员学习动力激发机制研究

摘要

According to the lack of the learning motivation and the understanding of the army, this paper presents some methods of learning motivation. The challenging of the cadets are analyzed, and some advices are put forward.%针对部分军校学员学习动力不足，对部队情况不了解的现实，在对海军某舰艇调研的基础上，提出学习动力激发的一些方法，分析军校学员面临的挑战，最后提出军校学员培养的一些建议。
