酶联免疫法快速检测奶粉中的叶酸

摘要

To establish a method for the detection of folic acid in milk powder by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Milk powder was extracted with pure water and processed with 1:4 dilution,and then the content of folic acid in samples was determined by ELISA.When the spiked concentrations were 20,40 μg/kg and 80 μg/kg,the recoveries of folic acid in blank milk powder were 93.5％～118.0％;the recoveries of folic acid in milk powder were 88％～92％;the limit of detection was 4 μg/kg.Compared with the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method,the relative standard deviation of result was less than 10％.This method can detect folic acid in milk powder quickly and accurately.%建立一种检测奶粉中叶酸质量分数的酶联免疫分析方法.奶粉样本经纯水溶解提取,再做1:4稀释,通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定奶粉中的叶酸.结果表明,当加标质量分数为20,40μg/kg和80 μg/kg时,空白基质奶粉中叶酸的提取回收率为93.5％～118.0％;非空白基质样品中叶酸的加标回收率为88％～92％;方法检出限为4μg/kg,与高效液相色谱法结果的相对偏差小于10％.酶联免疫法能够快速、准确检测奶粉中的叶酸.
