山羊乳的营养组分分析及作为婴幼儿配方乳粉的喂养优势

In this article,by analyzing the macro nutrients and micronutrients content and species differences in goat milk,cow milk and breast milk,we draw the following conclusions:in nutritional composition,goat milk is better than cow milk,and it is a good alternative source of breast milk.But compared with breast milk,goat milk still has some differences,as infant formula powder ingredient,goat milk still needs to strengthen folic acid,vitamin E,iron and other nutrients,to make it better meet the needs of the infant's growth.%分析对比了山羊乳、牛乳、和母乳宏量营养素和微量营养素的质量分数和种类差异.结果表明:山羊乳在营养组分对比中明显优于牛乳,是母乳的优质替代来源,但是与母乳相比,还有一定差异,在作为婴幼儿配方乳粉基料时还需强化叶酸、维生素E、铁等营养成分,使其更好的满足婴幼儿的生长发育需要.
