通过加强细胞生物学发展史的教学培养学生的科学思维

         

摘要

细胞生物学是在细胞和亚细胞水平揭示细胞和细胞器基本结构和功能,是细胞生命活动基本规律的科学,是现代生物学的重要支柱和重叠核心学科之一。如果以显微镜的发明和用显微镜观察生物标本作为细胞生物学发展的萌芽阶段,目前细胞生物学已经经历了超过400多年的发展历程。在细胞生物学的教学中,除了向学生传授该学科的核心知识之外,加强细胞生物学学科的发展史及核心知识形成历程的教学同样重要。不仅利于学生理解细胞生物学的核心知识体系,同时有助于学生认识学科发展的普遍规律、培养学生的科学思维。%Cell biology studies cell structures and functions at cellular or subcellular level. Cell biology is one of the backbone disciplines of modern life science by interrogating the fundamental mechanisms of cells. From the invention of microscopes, a hallmark event in the development of cytology, cell biology has a history of more than 400 years. In our cell biology teaching practice, in addition to convey its core principles to students, we believe that it is equally important to help students understand the developmental history of cell biology and its knowledge. The history of cell biology is not only useful for students to understand the core principles of this discipline, but also can benefit medical students by helping them comprehend the common strategy for the development of a discipline and training their scientiifc thinking.
