Objective The compaction of revised edition miniature nutritional evaluation (MNA-SF) and traditional (MNA), and the evaluation method of micro nutrient elderly inpatients traditional nutrition index correlation analysis. Methods 80 cases of hospitalized elderly patients were selected as the research object, applied to revision MNA-SF, and traditional MNA nutrition assessment of patients. Evaluation data statistics, processing of the input, the revision MNA-SF, traditional MNA respectively with traditional nutrition index (clinical anthropometric and biochemical indicators) the relationship between the correlation analysis. Results Revised MNA-SF evaluation takes 3 minutes, traditional MNA evaluation takes 10 minutes. Revised MNA- SF, traditional MNA is consistent with the traditional nutrition index correlation respectively, no difference. Conclusion Revised MNA-SF, more simple than the traditional MNA, time-consuming obviously shortened, more convenient, rapid, effective and more suitable for clinical nutrition assessment of elderly inpatients.%目的：探讨修订版微型营养评价精简法（MNA-SF）和传统的微型营养评价法（MNA）与老年住院患者传统营养指标相关性分析。方法选择老年住院患者80例作为研究对象，分别应用修订版MNA-SF及传统MNA对患者进行营养评估。评估数据进行统计学录入、处理，对修订版MNA-SF、传统MNA分别与传统营养指标（临床人体测量及生化指标）的关系进行相关关系分析。结果修订版MNA-SF评估耗时3分钟，传统MNA评估耗时10分钟。修订版MNA-SF、传统MNA分别与传统营养指标相关性一致，差异无统计学意义。结论修订版MNA-SF比传统MNA更简便易行、耗时明显缩短，更为便捷、快速、有效，更适用于临床老年住院患者的营养评估。
